Refund / Exchange policy

An item can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in the original condition, unused, unopened, in original packaging, seals and tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item is returned outside of this 30 day period, the item is not returnable and an exchange or refund is not valid.

We offer exchanges for the same item if this is returned to us within the 30 day return period.

If you need to exchange/request a refund, send us an email us at and we will provide you with the address to return to.

We advise using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance and obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. If an item does not reach us, we cannot process the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however during busy periods, this may take up to 28 days.

We do not offer exchanges/refunds with any sale items.
